Scope and B2B Nature
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") exclusively govern commercial relationships between Colpix Global and its clients, which are in all cases business entities, distributors, print shops, customization workshops, manufacturers, organizations and professional entrepreneurs (hereinafter, "the Client" or "the Buyer"). Colpix Global does not operate as a consumer-facing (B2C) platform. Any person accessing the website, requesting a quotation or making a purchase declares to act as a professional or business entity, with legal capacity to contract on their own behalf or on behalf of third parties. Acceptance of these T&C implies the express waiver of any consumer protection rights, to the extent such waiver is legally valid in the applicable jurisdiction.
Products and Services Offered
3.1 Industrial Equipment Colpix Global commercializes high-technology industrial equipment, including but not limited to: flatbed and roll-to-roll UV printers, UV DTF printers, DTF printers, DTG (Direct to Garment) equipment, professional-grade 3D printers, vinyl and substrate cutting plotters, and automated digital cutting tables.
3.2 Consumables and Spare Parts The company supplies specialized inks, media, technical substrates, print heads, maintenance kits, electronic and mechanical replacement components, and any consumables compatible with the commercialized equipment.
3.3 Software Colpix Global distributes and licenses print management software, RIP software and technical design tools. The use of such software is subject to the license terms of the corresponding manufacturer, as well as to these T&C in all matters not specifically regulated by such licenses.
3.4 Colpix Cloud Platform Equipment buyers will have initial free access to the Colpix Cloud platform, which includes: technical support ticket system, technical knowledge base, manual and educational resource library, equipment history and access to support video calls. Colpix Global reserves the right to modify access conditions, introduce premium subscription plans or discontinue functionalities, with reasonable prior notice. Colpix Cloud is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Colpix Global does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform.
3.5 Training and Technical Support Services Colpix Global offers in-person and remote training services, as well as educational materials, technical support via WhatsApp Business, video call, ticketing system and remote assistance. The availability, scope and economic conditions of such services shall be subject to the specific agreements of each commercial operation.
Remote technical support
The Client acknowledges that part of technical support is provided remotely via video calls, authorized remote access, WhatsApp Business, tickets and digital tools. Support effectiveness depends on internet connectivity, Client cooperation, timely equipment access and required technical information.
Quotation and Contracting Process
Every purchase process begins with a formal quotation request. The quotation issued by Colpix Global constitutes a valid and binding offer for the period indicated therein, or in the absence thereof, for 30 calendar days from its issuance. Acceptance of the quotation, whether by written confirmation, signature, initial payment or any unequivocal act denoting conformity, constitutes the conclusion of the contract between the parties. From that moment, the Client is bound by these T&C, the Warranty Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Refund and Return Policy, all of which form an integral part of the contract.
Production, profitability and business outcomes
Colpix Global does not guarantee specific production levels, profitability, sales volume, return on investment or business results arising from the acquisition or use of equipment, consumables or services. Performance depends on the operator, environmental conditions, maintenance, substrates, configuration and factors beyond Colpix Global's control.
Prices, Currency and Payment Terms
All prices are those indicated in the official quotation issued by Colpix Global. The contractual currency shall be that indicated in said quotation, which may be US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) or Chilean pesos (CLP). Prices published on the website are merely referential and do not constitute a binding offer. Colpix Global accepts the following payment methods: international SWIFT transfers, Stripe (international credit and debit cards), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Commissions or charges applied by payment processors, intermediary banks or correspondent banks shall be borne entirely by the Client.
Technical Specifications, Variations and Photographs
Technical specifications published on the website or in Colpix Global's commercial materials are based on manufacturer-supplied information and are merely indicative. Colpix Global reserves the right to supply equipment with equivalent or superior technical specifications when required due to availability, manufacturer updates or technological improvements, without constituting a breach of contract. Images, renders and photographs published on are exclusively referential and illustrative. Physically delivered equipment may present variations in color, exterior design, component arrangement or accessory configuration compared to published images, without affecting the guaranteed functional characteristics.
Regional compatibility and regulatory compliance
It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to verify, before purchase, electrical requirements (voltage, phase, protections), regulatory, customs, import, certification and applicable restrictions in their country or region (including without limitation the United States, the European Union and Latin American countries). Colpix Global may provide general guidance but does not replace the Client's local legal, tax or compliance advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colpix Global shall not be liable for: (i) indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages; (ii) loss of production, revenue, contracts or anticipated profits; (iii) loss of business opportunity or loss of profits; (iv) damages arising from interruption of the Client's business; (v) damages caused by third parties, including carriers, logistics service providers, customs authorities or technology infrastructure providers. The maximum and aggregate liability of Colpix Global to the Client, for any cause and under any legal theory, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to Colpix Global in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure
Colpix Global shall not be liable for the non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations when such non-performance or delay is the consequence of causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation: pandemics, epidemics or health crises; armed conflicts, civil wars or political disturbances; natural disasters, earthquakes, floods or extreme weather phenomena; acts of terrorism or sabotage; governmental decisions, trade embargoes or international sanctions; global supply chain disruptions; critical infrastructure failures; and delays in customs or export/import certification processes beyond Colpix Global's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on , including texts, images, logos, designs, technical manuals, educational materials, software developed by Colpix Global and the Colpix Cloud platform, is the exclusive property of Colpix Global or is licensed to it. Reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Responses
Colpix Global uses artificial intelligence tools, chatbots and automated response systems to assist in customer service, indicative quotation generation and initial technical support. The Client acknowledges and accepts that responses generated by these systems are of an indicative nature and do not constitute definitive technical advice, contractual commitments or binding statements by Colpix Global. Responses generated by artificial intelligence do not constitute definitive legal, financial, tax or technical advice.
Third-Party Integrations
The website and Colpix Cloud platform may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, communication platforms, cloud storage services and analytics tools. Colpix Global assumes no responsibility for the operation, availability, security or policies of such third-party services.
Jurisdiction, Governing Law and Arbitration
These T&C are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. For the resolution of any controversy, dispute or claim arising from or related to these T&C, the parties are subject, on a mandatory basis, to international arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), in accordance with the Administered Arbitration Rules of said institution in force at the time of submission of the request. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1) for claims below USD 500,000 and three (3) for claims of equal or greater amount. The language of the arbitration shall be Spanish or English, at the claimant's choice, unless the parties agree on another language. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The arbitral award shall be final, binding and enforceable in any jurisdiction signatory to the 1958 New York Convention.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Colpix Global reserves the right to modify, update or replace these T&C at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on colpixglobal.com Continued use of the website or platform after such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
