Given the international nature of Colpix Global's operations and the service providers used, personal data may be transferred and processed in countries other than the Client's, including the United States, the European Union and other countries where the servers of the processors listed above are located. Such transfers will be made with adequate safeguards as required by applicable regulations, including, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalents.

Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, for the time required by applicable legislation. As a general rule, Colpix Global will retain commercial and client data for a maximum period of five (5) years from the last active commercial interaction or from the termination of the contractual relationship.

Data subjects whose data is processed by Colpix Global may exercise the following rights, to the extent recognized by applicable legislation in their jurisdiction: right of access, right of rectification, right of erasure (right to be forgotten), right of restriction of processing, right of data portability, right to object to processing, and right not to be subject to automated decisions with significant effects.
